Method
Cocktail Base
Prepare and combine
Add the fresh pineapple juice, banana liqueur, fresh lime juice, and agave syrup to a cocktail shaker.
Sweetness adjustment
Taste the mixture (without shaking if concerned about dilution). If you prefer sweeter, add an additional 1/4 tablespoon agave; for more tartness, add 1/4 oz more lime juice. Stir or shake to integrate.
Shake with ice
Fill the shaker with ice (about 3/4 full). Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 8–12 seconds until well-chilled and slightly frothy from the pineapple juice.
Assemble & Serve
Strain into glass
Fill a wine glass or large rocks glass with 1 cup of ice. Double-strain the shaken cocktail over the ice to remove small ice chips and pulp (use a fine mesh strainer if available).
Top with Prosecco
Gently pour 3 oz chilled Prosecco down the side of the glass to top the cocktail. Pour slowly to preserve carbonation and create a layered effervescence.
Garnish and finish
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a lime wheel on the rim. If using, slap a mint sprig between your palms to release aroma and rest it on top. Optionally, give the drink a very gentle stir (1–2 turns) to marry flavors without flattening the bubbles.
Serve
Serve immediately while Prosecco is fizzy. Recommend serving with a straw or small stirring stick so guests can re-stir before sipping.
