Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Rub in olive oil and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2

Cooking the Chicken

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let it rest.

3

Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add a little more olive oil if needed. Sauté chopped onions and bell peppers until softened, about 5-6 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

4

Assemble the Dish

Slice the grilled chicken and serve it on slices of wood-fired bread topped with sautéed onions and peppers. Serve alongside steak fries.
