Cocktail Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water while you prepare the drink.
Crush Cardamom
Lightly crush the green cardamom pods to release their flavor.
Mix Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Elijah Craig Bourbon, Fernet Branca, Koval Chrysanthemum & Honey Liqueur, and the crushed cardamom pods.
Shake
Add ice to the shaker and shake well for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is cold.
Strain
Remove the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
Garnish
Garnish with a lemon twist or a whole cardamom pod, if desired.
