Cocktail Preparation
Prepare the Absinthe Cherry
Soak the maraschino cherry in absinthe for at least 30 minutes to infuse it with flavor.
Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Beefeater gin, Cocchi Americano rosa, Cointreau, and fresh lemon juice.
Shake It Up
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish
