1. Prepare the Marinade

In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, paprika, cumin, black pepper, salt, white vinegar, olive oil, lime juice, and chopped cilantro. Mix well to form a marinade.

Place the whole chicken in a large resealable plastic bag or a dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
