Grilling the Chicken

1. Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2. Grill the Chicken

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Preparing the Guacamole

3. Mash the Avocados

In a bowl, scoop out the ripe avocados with a spoon. Mash them with a fork until desired consistency is reached.

4. Mix in Other Ingredients

Add lime juice, salt, diced onion, chopped cilantro, and diced tomatoes to the mashed avocados. Stir until well combined.

Assembling the Burritos

5. Prepare the Tortillas

Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet or microwave for a few seconds until pliable.

6. Fill the Tortillas

Layer each tortilla with sliced grilled chicken, a generous scoop of guacamole, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.

7. Roll the Burritos

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll from the bottom up to enclose the filling tightly.

8. Serve

Cut the burritos in half and serve immediately with extra guacamole or salsa on the side if desired.
