Preparation
Make the Croutons
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the crusty bread into cubes and place them in a bowl. Melt the butter in a small pan, add minced garlic and Italian herbs, and pour over the bread cubes. Toss to coat evenly. Spread the bread cubes on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Let them cool.
Prepare the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Assemble the Salad
In a large bowl, chop the Romaine lettuce and add the croutons. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
