Cajun Salmon Slider

Method

Preparation Steps

1

Prepare the Salmon

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Season the salmon fillets with cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, then brush with olive oil. Grill or pan-sear for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

2

Make the Spicy Mayo

In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and sriracha sauce until well combined. Adjust the spice level to taste.

3

Prepare the Pineapple Slaw

In a mixing bowl, combine shredded pineapple, cabbage, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Toss until the ingredients are well mixed.

4

Assemble the Sliders

Slice the slider buns in half. Place a piece of grilled salmon on the bottom half of each bun, top with a generous spoonful of pineapple slaw, and a drizzle of spicy mayo. Place the top half of the bun on and serve immediately.
