Preparation

1. Prepare the Seafood

Steam the King Crab legs, lobster tails, and mussels until cooked through. For shrimp, simply boil until pink, about 2-3 minutes.

2. Oyster Rockefeller

Shuck the oysters and place them on a baking sheet. Top each oyster with a mixture of butter, herbs, and breadcrumbs. Bake at 400°F (200°C) until golden brown.

3. Cook the Scallops

Sear the scallops in a hot pan with a little olive oil for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Assembly

4. Plate the Seafood

On a large platter, arrange the steamed King Crab legs, lobster tails, mussels, shrimp, and seared scallops.

5. Add the Oysters

Place the baked Oysters Rockefeller around the seafood.

6. Drizzle with Sauces

Generously drizzle the lobster cream sauce and clarified garlic butter over the seafood.

7. Serve with Bread

Serve the grilled country loaf on the side for dipping into the sauces.
