Ingredients for ERDINGER N/A Beer
Method
Brewing Process for ERDINGER N/A Beer
Prepare the Mash
In a large pot, heat the water until it reaches approximately 160°F (70°C). Add the malted wheat and malted barley to the pot, stirring well. Maintain the temperature for about 60 minutes to convert the starches into sugars.
Boil the Wort
After mashing, remove the grains and bring the liquid (wort) to a boil. Add the hops and boil for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cool the Wort
After boiling, cool the wort quickly using a wort chiller or an ice bath until it reaches about 70°F (21°C).
Fermentation
Transfer the cooled wort to a fermentation vessel. Add the yeast and sugar, and seal the vessel with an airlock. Allow it to ferment for about 1-2 weeks at a temperature of around 68°F (20°C).
Enjoy
Refrigerate the bottles and enjoy your homemade ERDINGER N/A beer chilled!
