Lobster and Marinade

Method

Preparation and Grilling

1

Prepare the Lobster

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Carefully add the live lobster and boil for about 5-7 minutes until the shell turns bright red. Remove the lobster and let it cool slightly, then split it in half lengthwise.

2

Make the Marinade

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.

3

Marinate the Lobster

Brush the cut sides of the lobster with the marinade, reserving some for basting while grilling.

4

Grill the Lobster

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the lobster halves cut side down on the grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, then flip and baste with the reserved marinade. Grill for another 3-5 minutes until the lobster is cooked through and slightly charred.

5

Serve

Remove the lobster from the grill and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
