Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Lobster Tail

Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise from the base to the tail. Carefully pull the shell apart to expose the meat, and gently lift the meat above the shell.

2

Season the Lobster

Sprinkle the lobster meat with salt and black pepper to taste.

3

Cook the Lobster Tail

Preheat your broiler. Place the lobster tail on a baking sheet and broil for 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

4

Prepare the Drawn Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Once melted, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly.

5

Serve

Serve the lobster tail on a plate with drawn butter on the side. Garnish with lemon wedges.
