Prepare the Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until wings are evenly coated.

Make the Sauces
For Calabrian Chili Honey, mix honey and Calabrian chili paste in a small bowl. For Spanish Barbecue, combine ketchup, smoked paprika, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and salt in another bowl. For Classic Buffalo Sauce, melt butter in a saucepan, then whisk in hot sauce and garlic powder. For Ranch Dressing, whisk together mayonnaise, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.

Grill the Wings
Preheat the wood-fired grill to high heat. Place the chicken wings on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy.
