Preparation Instructions
Prepare the Glass
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes to chill.
Mix the Drink
Pour 2 oz of Gin Mare over the ice in the glass.
Add Tonic
Top with 4 oz of Fever Tree tonic water and stir gently to mix.
Add Herbs
Gently muddle the fresh mixed herbs in the drink to release their flavors.
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve immediately.
