Cocktail Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Begin by rimming your glass with lime juice and then dip it into salt to coat the rim. Set aside.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the El Farol house tequila, triple sec, fresh lime juice, pomegranate juice, and simple syrup.
Shake Well
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.
Garnish
Garnish with pomegranate seeds and a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
