Prepare the Stuffed Mushroom Filling

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Clean the Mushrooms
Gently wipe each large mushroom with a damp cloth to remove any dirt. Remove the stems and finely chop them.

Mix the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed mixture with roasted red peppers, fontina cheese, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Stuff and Bake the Mushrooms

Stuff the Mushrooms
Spoon the filling mixture into each mushroom cap, pressing down slightly to pack it in.

Arrange and Bake
Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.

Combine Ingredients
In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey.

Simmer the Glaze
Heat over medium heat until it comes to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until it thickens slightly.
Serve the Dish

Drizzle and Enjoy
Once the mushrooms are baked, remove them from the oven and drizzle with the balsamic glaze. Serve warm.
