Make the Sour Mix
In a mixing bowl, combine fresh lime juice and simple syrup. Stir well until fully blended. Adjust the sweetness by adding more simple syrup if desired.
Mixing the Margarita

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 part infused tequila, 1 part house-made sour, and 1 part fresh pineapple juice. Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Serving the Margarita

Prepare the Glass
Run a lime wedge around the rim of a chilled glass and dip it into coarse salt to coat the rim.

Strain the margarita mixture into the prepared glass over fresh ice. Garnish with additional lime wedges and jalapeño slices.
