Hibiscus Syrup

Prepare Hibiscus Tea
In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the dried hibiscus flowers. Allow to steep for 15 minutes.

Strain the Mixture
After the tea has steeped, strain the liquid through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl, discarding the hibiscus flowers.

Sweeten the Syrup
Return the strained liquid to the saucepan, add 1 cup of granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.

Assemble the Drink
In a glass, add 1 cup of ice cubes. Pour 2 oz of the prepared hibiscus syrup over the ice.

Add Sparkling Wine
Top the glass with 6 oz of Nozeco, pouring gently to maintain the fizz.

Garnish
Add fresh mint leaves and a slice of lemon for garnish. Stir gently to combine before serving.
