Method

Cooking the Pasta

  1. 1

    Cook the Fettuccine

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Preparing Chicken and Bacon

  1. 2

    Cook the Chicken

In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through and juices run clear. Remove and let rest before slicing.

  2. 3

    Cook the Bacon

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and the Neuske bacon. Cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and chop into small pieces.

Cooking Broccolini

  1. 4

    Blanch the Broccolini

In a small pot of boiling water, add the broccolini and cook for about 2-3 minutes until bright green and slightly tender. Drain and immediately transfer to an ice water bath to stop cooking.

Making the Cream Sauce

  1. 5

    Prepare the Cream Sauce

In the same skillet used for the chicken and bacon, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Then, pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Combining Ingredients

  1. 6

    Combine Everything

Add the cooked fettuccine, sliced chicken, chopped bacon, and blanched broccolini to the skillet with the cream sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve the Dish

Plate the Chicken Fettuccine, garnishing with additional Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
