Parmesan Crisp

Prepare the Parmesan Crisp
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grate the Parmesan cheese finely and place small mounds (about a tablespoon each) on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Flatten slightly to form discs.

Bake the Crisps
Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Prepare the Croutons
Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Cut the bread slices into cubes.

House-made Caesar Dressing

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, anchovy fillets (if using), lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.

Blend the Dressing
Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste and set aside.
Salad Assembly

Combine the Salad Ingredients
In a large salad bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, croutons, and Caesar dressing. Toss gently to combine.
