Prepare the Parmesan Crisp
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Grate 1 cup of Parmesan cheese and place small mounds (about 2 tablespoons each) on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart.

Flatten each mound slightly with the back of a spoon. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

Make the Croutons
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut 4 slices of bread into cubes (about 1-inch pieces) and place them in a bowl.

Spread the coated bread cubes evenly on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
House-Made Caesar Dressing

Prepare the Caesar Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, and 2 minced garlic cloves.

Add 0.25 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, and 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper to the bowl. If using, add 1 teaspoon of anchovy paste.

Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
