Method

Preparation of Cheeses

  1. 1

    Cut Cheeses

Cut the mozzarella, parmesan, and gorgonzola cheeses into bite-sized cubes or slices. Arrange them on a serving platter.

Preparation of Cured Meats

  1. 2

    Slice Meats

Slice the prosciutto, salami, and capicola into thin strips or bite-sized pieces. Place them on the same platter as the cheeses.

Preparation of Vegetables

  1. 3

    Prepare Vegetables

Rinse the cherry tomatoes and pat them dry. Arrange the cherry tomatoes, mixed olives, and roasted red peppers on the platter alongside the meats and cheeses.

Preparation of Crostini

  1. 4

    Prepare Crostini

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices. Arrange on a baking sheet.

  2. 5

    Drizzle with Olive Oil

Drizzle the olive oil over the baguette slices. If using, rub the garlic cloves over the sliced bread for extra flavor.

  3. 6

    Toast Crostini

Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.

Serving the Antipasti

  1. 7

    Arrange and Serve

Once everything is prepared, arrange the cheeses, cured meats, vegetables, and crostini on a large serving platter. Serve with toothpicks or small forks for easy picking.
