Method

1

Chill bottle

Place a 16 oz bottle or can of Somersby Apple Cider in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours prior to serving so it is well chilled (recommended 38–45°F / 3–7°C).

2

If using a bottle, gently open the bottle cap. If using a can, open the can. Pour the cider slowly into a chilled 16 oz (approx. 500 ml) glass at a slight angle to reduce excess foaming; straighten the glass near the end to produce a modest head.

Garnish (optional)

3

Add 3–4 ice cubes to the glass only if you prefer a colder, slightly diluted drink. Note: adding ice will dilute flavor over time; Somersby is often served without ice.

4

Float one fresh thin apple slice on the surface or perch it on the rim of the glass for aroma and presentation.

5

Garnish with a small sprig of fresh mint for aromatic contrast. Gently slap the mint between your palms before adding to release oils.
