Sparkling Citrus Cooler

Tropical Pineapple Mint Cooler

Method

Sparkling Citrus Cooler

1

Prepare and Combine

In a shaker or pitcher, combine 1 cup fresh orange juice, 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice and 2 tablespoons simple syrup. Stir or shake briefly to blend and dissolve the syrup.

2

Assemble

Fill a tall glass with 1 cup ice cubes. Pour the citrus mixture over the ice, then gently top with 1 cup cold sparkling water. Stir once gently to integrate without losing too much fizz.

3

Garnish and Serve

Garnish with an orange wheel, a lemon twist and an optional mint sprig. Serve immediately.

Cucumber-Lime Refresher

4

Muddle Cucumber

In a mixing glass or shaker, add 1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber and 1 tablespoon agave syrup. Lightly muddle the cucumber to release juices but not purée it.

5

Add Lime and Ice

Add 1/4 cup fresh lime juice and 1 cup crushed ice to the muddled cucumber. Shake or stir briefly to chill and combine flavors.

6

Top and Garnish

Strain into a chilled Collins glass (or pour directly for more texture). Top with 1 cup cold tonic water. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and a lime wheel. Serve with a straw.

Berry-Basil Lemonade

7

Make Berry Purée

Place 1/2 cup mixed berries and 3 tablespoons simple syrup into a blender or use a muddler in a bowl. Purée or muddle until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve if you prefer a clear lemonade (optional).

8

Combine with Lemon and Basil

In a pitcher, combine the berry purée, 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice, 1 cup cold water and 6 fresh basil leaves. Gently bruise the basil with a spoon against the side of the pitcher to release aroma.

9

Chill and Serve

Fill glasses with 1 cup ice cubes, pour the lemonade over the ice, stir gently, and garnish each glass with a lemon wheel and a small basil leaf. Serve immediately.

Tropical Pineapple Mint Cooler

10

Combine Base Ingredients

In a shaker, combine 1 cup chilled pineapple juice, 1/2 cup coconut water, 1/4 cup fresh lime juice and 8 lightly torn mint leaves. Gently muddle the mint a few times to release oils — avoid over-muddling which can make bitter flavors.

11

Shake with Ice

Add 1 cup crushed ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 8–10 seconds to chill and slightly dilute the mixture.

12

Finish and Garnish

Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice, top with 1/2 cup club soda, stir gently to combine, and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a small mint sprig. Serve immediately.
