Preparation

    Prepare the Pineapple

    Cut the fresh pineapple into small chunks. You will need about 1 cup of muddled pineapple for the drink.

    Muddle the Pineapple

    In a cocktail shaker, add the chunks of fresh pineapple. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to crush the pineapple until it becomes a pulp.

Mixing

    Combine Ingredients

    To the muddled pineapple in the shaker, add the 1800 Coconut Tequila, pineapple juice, and house margarita mix.

    Shake

    Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Serving

    Prepare the Glass

    Run a lime wedge around the rim of a margarita glass and dip it into sea salt to coat the rim.

    Strain and Serve

    Strain the mixture from the shaker into the prepared margarita glass filled with ice.

    Garnish

    Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass for a refreshing touch.
