Avocado Filling

Tomato White Cream Wine Sauce

Method

Preparing the Avocados

  1. 1

    Cut and Scoop

Cut the ripe avocados in half and remove the pit. Carefully scoop out a bit of the flesh to create a small cavity for the filling.

  2. 2

    Mix the Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken or vegetables with chopped cilantro. Mix well to ensure even distribution.

  3. 3

    Stuff the Avocados

Spoon the mixture into the avocado halves, filling them generously.

Making the Sauce

  1. 4

    Sauté Garlic

In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

  2. 5

    Combine Sauce Ingredients

Add the tomato sauce, heavy cream, and white wine to the saucepan. Stir well to combine.

  3. 6

    Season the Sauce

Add salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the sauce. Stir and let it simmer for about 10 minutes until it thickens slightly.

Assembly

  1. 7

    Plate the Dish

Place the stuffed avocados on a serving plate and generously drizzle the tomato white cream wine sauce over them.

  2. 8

    Serve

Garnish with additional cilantro if desired and serve immediately.
