Preparation

    Prepare the Glass

    Begin by rimming your glass with salt. To do this, rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and then dip it into a plate of salt. Set aside.

    Blend Fresh Ingredients

    In a blender, add the fresh pineapple pieces and blend until smooth. You should have about 2 cups of pineapple puree.

Mixing the Margarita

    Combine Ingredients

    In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Corralejo Silver Tequila, 1 oz of Blue Curacao, 1 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice, and 4 oz of house margarita mix.

    Add Pineapple Puree

    Add the blended pineapple to the cocktail shaker with the other ingredients.

    Shake Well

    Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Serving

    Strain and Serve

    Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.

    Garnish

    Garnish with a lime wedge and a slice of pineapple on the rim of the glass.
