Preparing the Salad

Wash and Prepare the Greens
Rinse the mixed greens thoroughly under cold running water. Shake off excess water or use a salad spinner to dry them. Place the greens in a large salad bowl.

Slice the Vegetables
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the bowl with the mixed greens. Peel and slice the cucumber into thin rounds and add to the bowl. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and slice or cube it before adding it to the salad.
Making the Vinaigrette

Combine the Ingredients
In a small bowl or jar, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard. Whisk together or shake until well blended.

Season the Dressing
Add salt and black pepper to taste, adjusting according to your preference. Whisk again to combine all ingredients.
Assembling the Salad

Drizzle the house vinaigrette over the prepared salad mix and toss gently to ensure all the ingredients are coated with the dressing.
