Nachos Preparation

Prepare the Base
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.

Layer with Beans and Cheese
Spoon refried beans over the chips followed by a generous layer of shredded cheese. Add sliced jalapeños on top.

Bake the Nachos
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Prepare the Avocados
While the nachos are baking, cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.

Mix in Other Ingredients
Fold in diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, and diced red onion until well combined.
Assemble and Serve

Add Fresh Toppings
Once the nachos are baked, remove them from the oven. Top with shredded lettuce, dollops of sour cream, and sliced black olives.

Serve with Guacamole
