Prepare the Wontons

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut wonton wrappers into triangles and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden. Set aside.

Slice the pineapple into rings or chunks and grill them for about 3-5 minutes on each side until caramelized. Remove from the grill and chop into bite-sized pieces.

In a large bowl, combine the fresh spinach, grilled pineapple, drained canned tuna, diced avocado, and toasted peanuts.
