Prepare the Wontons

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush the wonton wrappers with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for about 8-10 minutes or until they are golden and crispy. Set aside.

Grill the Pineapple

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the pineapple slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side until caramelized and slightly charred. Remove from heat and dice into small pieces.

Prepare the Tuna

Cut the sushi-grade tuna into small cubes. In a bowl, combine the tuna with sweet soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to combine.

Assemble the Poke

In a serving bowl, layer the grilled pineapple, diced avocado, and the seasoned tuna. Sprinkle with toasted peanuts and sesame seeds on top.

Serve the tuna poke with crispy wontons on the side for dipping or as a crunchy topping.
