Main Dish
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
Dredge the Chicken
Set up a dredging station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs. First, coat each chicken breast in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Fry the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the breaded chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and place on a baking sheet.
Assemble the Dish
Spoon marinara sauce over each chicken breast, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake the Chicken
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Spaghetti
Cook the Spaghetti
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the boiling water, then add the spaghetti pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Garlic Homeloaf
Prepare the Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley until well combined.
Bake the Bread
Place the bread halves on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes until golden and toasted.
Beverages
Serve Beverages
Chill and serve the Pepsi® bottled products alongside the meal.
