Dip Ingredients

Garlic Twist for Dipping

Method

Preparing the Dip

1

Thaw and Squeeze Spinach

Thaw the frozen chopped spinach in a microwave or by leaving it out at room temperature. Once thawed, squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth.

2

Mix the Dip Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and smooth.

3

Add Spinach and Cheese

Fold in the thawed spinach, shredded mozzarella cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese into the mixture until evenly distributed.

4

Transfer to Baking Dish

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

5

Bake the Dip

Bake the dip in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until it is bubbly and golden brown on top.

Preparing the Bruschetta Topping

6

Combine Ingredients

In a medium bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside to allow the flavors to meld.

Making the Garlic Twist

7

Prepare the Baguette

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick pieces.

8

Mix Butter and Garlic

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.

9

Brush the Baguette Slices

Brush the butter mixture generously over one side of each baguette slice.

10

Bake the Garlic Twists

Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Serving

11

Assemble the Dish

Once the dip is baked, remove it from the oven and top it with the bruschetta mixture. Serve the cheesy spinach dip warm with garlic twists on the side for dipping.
