Dry Ingredients
Method
Muffin Preparation
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it with cooking spray.
Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
Fold in Blueberries
Gently fold in 1.5 cups of fresh or frozen blueberries into the wet mixture.
Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix; a few lumps are okay.
Fill Muffin Tin
Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve
Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
