Preparation Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
2. Prepare the Dough
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
3. Spread the White Sauce
Evenly spread the white sauce over the rolled-out pizza dough.
4. Add Cheeses
Sprinkle the mozzarella and provolone cheese evenly on top of the white sauce.
5. Layer the Toppings
Distribute the shredded smoked chicken, baby spinach, and sliced baby bella mushrooms evenly over the cheese.
6. Drizzle with Pesto
