Method
Marinate Chicken

Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.

Marinate the Drumsticks
Add the chicken drumsticks to the marinade and ensure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Cook Chicken
Prepare Dressings and Toppings

Make Blue Cheese Dressing
In a bowl, mix together blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

Make BBQ Sauce
In a saucepan, combine ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, and salt. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

Prepare Peanut Topping
Chop the peanuts and parsley. Mix together and set aside.
