Cocktail Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes to chill.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Ketel One Vodka, Coventry Cassis, and Coventry Lemondonna. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the shaker and fill it with ice.
Shake and Strain
Shake well for about 15 seconds and then strain the mixture into the chilled wine glass with ice.
Top with Prosecco
Gently pour Prosecco over the mixture in the glass.
Garnish
Garnish with a lemon slice and fresh mint leaves for a refreshing touch.
