Gather all the ingredients and prepare the fresh juices. Grate the ginger and set it aside.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Aperol, spiced carrot juice, fresh orange juice, fresh lime juice, and grated ginger.

Add ice to the shaker and shake well until the mixture is chilled.
