In a large jar, combine the dried orange peel, wormwood, gentian root, chamomile flowers, marjoram, coriander seeds, and mint leaves. Pour the high-proof alcohol over the herbs and seal the jar. Allow the mixture to infuse in a cool, dark place for at least 2 weeks, shaking it gently every few days.
