Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster Tails

Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut down the center of the lobster tails from the top to the base, being careful not to cut through the shell completely.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Broiler

Preheat your broiler to high. Make sure the rack is positioned about 6 inches from the heat source.

  3. 3

    Season the Lobster

Gently pull apart the shell to expose the meat. Season the lobster meat with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  4. 4

    Broil the Lobster Tails

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, meat side up. Broil for about 8-10 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly browned.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Drawn Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Stir in the paprika and mix well.

  6. 6

    Serve

Once the lobster tails are cooked, remove them from the oven and drizzle the drawn butter over the meat. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
