Lobster Cocktail Directions

1

Prepare the Lobster

Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a rolling boil. Add 1 tsp of sea salt for flavor.

2

Cook the Lobster

Carefully place the lobsters into the boiling water. Cover the pot and cook for about 8-10 minutes for each lobster.

3

Ice Bath

While the lobsters are cooking, fill a large bowl with ice and cold water. Once cooked, transfer the lobsters immediately into the ice bath to stop the cooking process.

4

Prepare for Serving

After cooling for about 5 minutes, remove the lobsters from the ice bath. Twist off the claws and tail, and use a seafood cracker to break the shells. Remove the meat and chop it into bite-sized pieces.

5

Garnish

Chop fresh parsley and set aside for garnish. Cut the lemon into wedges.
