Fermentation

Transfer the wine to oak barrels for aging. Allow the wine to mature for at least 12 months, developing complex flavors and aromas.

Aging

After aging, carefully filter and bottle the wine, adding sulfites to preserve its quality. Seal the bottles and label them for distribution.

Bottling

Let the bottled wine rest for a minimum of 6 months before release to allow the flavors to integrate fully.
