Base Liquid

Ice & Texture

Method

Base Liquid

1

Measure 1.5 cups cold water and 1/2 cup light cream. Combine both in the blender pitcher. These form the chilled, creamy base for the chiller.

Sweet & Flavor Swirls

2

Add syrups

Add 3 tablespoons caramel flavored swirl syrup, 1 tablespoon liquid cane sugar syrup, and 1.5 tablespoons coffee swirl syrup into the blender with the base. The caramel provides sweet creaminess; the coffee swirl gives concentrated coffee flavor and slight bitterness for balance.

3

If you prefer more pronounced coffee flavor, increase the coffee swirl syrup by 1/2 tablespoon. For sweeter drink, add an extra 1 tsp liquid cane syrup.

Ice & Texture

4

Add 1.5 cups crushed ice (or ice cubes). Secure the blender lid tightly.

5

Blend on high for 30–45 seconds, or until the mixture is thick, smooth, and slushy. Pause and scrape down the sides once if large ice chunks remain; blend again to achieve a creamy, even texture.

Topping

6

Taste the chiller and adjust sweetness or coffee intensity as desired (add up to 1 tsp more liquid cane syrup or 1/2 tbsp more coffee swirl syrup).

7

Pour the blended chiller into a large (16–20 oz) chilled serving cup, leaving about 1 inch at the top for toppings.

8

Top with 1/4 cup whipped light cream. Drizzle 1 teaspoon extra caramel syrup over the whipped cream in a swirl pattern.

9

Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon sugar evenly over the whipped cream and caramel drizzle for a finishing aroma and light crunch.

10

Serve immediately with a straw and long spoon.
