Ensure the bottle of Domaine de Triennes Rosé has been chilled to 7–10°C (45–50°F). Remove from fridge just before serving.

Chill

Select a tulip-shaped white/rosé wine glass. If desired, add 3 ice cubes to the glass for a slightly cooler, spritz-like experience (optional).

Prepare glass

Place the 3 sliced fresh strawberries into the bottom of the glass. Gently bruise them with the back of a spoon to release a hint of juice and aroma that will complement the wine's strawberry notes.

Add fresh fruit

Pour one standard serving (about one 150 ml glass) of Domaine de Triennes Rosé into the glass over the fruit (and ice if used). Pour gently to preserve bubbles and keep the wine lively and focused.

Pour wine

Express a grapefruit peel twist over the glass to release its essential oils, then drop it in or hang it on the rim. This adds a bright grapefruit aroma that echoes the wine's grapefruit flavor and gives a clean, lingering finish.

Garnish

Serve immediately and enjoy. Recommend sipping slowly to appreciate the wine's lively acidity, strawberry and grapefruit flavors, and its long clean finish.

In a small bowl or measure, combine the 4 quartered strawberries with 1 tsp granulated sugar. Lightly muddle for 20–30 seconds until the fruit releases some juice and the sugar begins to dissolve.

Macerate strawberries

Add 30 ml fresh grapefruit juice to the macerated strawberries and stir to combine. Let sit for 1–2 minutes to meld flavors.

Add grapefruit

In a chilled wine glass or highball, add 4 ice cubes, spoon in the strawberry-grapefruit mixture, then add 60 ml club soda. Stir gently once to combine.

Assemble spritz

Serve the Domaine de Triennes Rosé (1 glass, chilled) alongside the small spritz as an optional palate-enhancing accompaniment. Alternatively, float the spritz (about 30–40 ml) on top of the wine for a light, aromatic rosé spritz — add the club soda last and stir gently.

Pair with rosé

This accompaniment highlights and echoes the wine's strawberry and grapefruit notes while keeping the finish clean and bright. Serve immediately.
