Cooking Directions

1

Prepare the Beef Mixture

In a large bowl, combine the grass-fed ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently with your hands until the ingredients are just combined. Do not overmix.

2

Form the Patties

Divide the beef mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 3/4 inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking.

3

Preheat the Grill or Pan

Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. If using a skillet, add a little oil to prevent sticking.

4

Cook the Patties

Place the patties on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes for medium-rare doneness. If using cheese, add a slice on top during the last minute of cooking.

5

Toast the Buns (optional)

While the patties are cooking, you can toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

6

Assemble the Burgers

Once cooked, place each patty on a bottom bun. Top with lettuce, tomato slices, ketchup, mustard, and the top bun.

7

Serve

Serve the burgers immediately while hot with your favorite sides.
