Soda Base

1 cups club soda or sparkling water1 cups cold carbonated lemon-lime soda (e.g., 7UP or Sprite)

Citrus & Sweet

1 tbs fresh lemon juice1 tbs Fresh lime juice1 tsp simple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)

Aromatics & Garnish

1 to taste fresh lemon wheel1 to taste fresh lime wheel1 cups ice cubes1 to taste fresh mint sprig (optional)

Method

Assemble Drink

Prepare glass and ice

Fill a tall glass with 1 cup of ice cubes and set aside. If making multiple servings, scale ice accordingly.

Add citrus and sweetener

Pour 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice and 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice over the ice. If you prefer a sweeter drink, add 1 teaspoon simple syrup. Stir gently once to combine the juices and syrup with the ice.

Add soda components

Pour 1 cup cold carbonated lemon-lime soda (7UP or Sprite) into the glass, then top with 1 cup club soda or sparkling water to lighten and add effervescence. Pour slowly down the side of the glass to preserve carbonation.

Garnish and serve

Give the drink one gentle stir to integrate flavors without flattening. Garnish with a lemon wheel and lime wheel on the rim and add a mint sprig if using. Serve immediately with a straw or cocktail stirrer.
