Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together until well blended.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients bowl. Stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix; some lumps are okay.

Add Flavorings
Fold in the cinnamon and chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Cooking

Preheat the Pan
Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. If needed, lightly grease with cooking spray or a small amount of butter.

Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes.

Carefully flip the pancakes and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
