1

Prepare

Chill a rocks glass or coupe by filling with ice and setting aside while you mix the cocktail.

2

Combine ingredients

Add 2 oz Tito's Vodka, 1 oz Giffard Peach Liqueur, 0.5 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice, 0.5 oz freshly squeezed lime juice, and 0.5 oz agave syrup into a cocktail shaker.

3

Add ice and shake

Fill the shaker with about 6 ice cubes. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds, until the outside of the shaker becomes cold and slightly frosted. This chills and dilutes to proper balance.

4

Prepare glass

Discard the ice from the chilled glass. If you like, run a lime wheel around the rim and lightly dip in granulated sugar (optional). Add 1 cup fresh ice to the glass if serving on the rocks; alternatively, serve neat in the chilled coupe.

5

Strain and serve

Double-strain the shaken cocktail into the prepared glass using a Hawthorne and fine mesh strainer (or just a Hawthorne if you don't have a fine strainer) to remove small ice chips and any pulp from the citrus.

6

Garnish

Garnish with a fresh peach slice and a lime wheel on the rim or floated on top. Serve immediately.

7

Notes

Adjust agave to taste if you prefer sweeter or drier. For a slightly more vibrant peach flavor, muddle a small wedge of ripe peach (about 1/8 of a peach) in the shaker before adding liquids, then proceed as written.
