Rim the Glass
Drizzle chocolate syrup in a shallow dish or directly onto the inside/top rim of the chilled rocks glass. Press the rim lightly into crushed peanuts to adhere. Set glass aside in the freezer for 1–2 minutes while you build the cocktail.
Mixing the Cocktail
Combine Ingredients
Fill a cocktail shaker with the ice cubes. Pour in 2 oz Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey, 1 oz Chocolate Baileys, 0.5 oz Butterscotch Schnapps, and 1 oz half-and-half.
Shake
Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is very cold and the mixture is well chilled and slightly frothy.
Strain
Remove the rocks glass from the freezer. Strain the shaken cocktail into the prepared glass over fresh ice if desired (one large cube or 3–4 smaller cubes), or serve neat in the chilled glass.
