1

Chill glass

If desired, place a mule mug or highball glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes, or fill it with ice water while you prepare ingredients to chill the vessel.

2

Juice the lime

Cut fresh limes and squeeze until you have 0.75 oz (about 1/2 to 3/4 of a medium lime) of fresh lime juice. Strain out seeds and large pulp.

3

Build the cocktail

Fill the chilled mule mug or highball glass with crushed ice leaving about 1/2 inch from the rim. Add 2 oz Rocktown Vodka, 0.75 oz fresh lime juice, and 0.5 oz agave nectar directly over the ice.

4

Stir to combine

Use a bar spoon to gently stir the vodka, lime juice, and agave through the ice for about 8–10 seconds until the agave is incorporated and the mix is well chilled.

5

Top with ginger beer

Carefully pour 4 oz Fever-Tree Ginger Beer over the back of a spoon or directly into the glass to create a gentle top and preserve carbonation. Give the drink one short gentle stir (2–3 turns) to integrate without flattening the ginger beer.

6

Garnish and serve

Garnish with a lime wedge or wheel on the rim and an optional mint sprig slapped between your hands to release aroma. Serve immediately with a straw or short stirring spoon.
